1 Who we are and scope
UTDID is a private, story-driven project that hosts
original creative works, including Rise of the Origins
materials, music, and related assets. Some sections are
"access-guarded" and may unlock over time.
2 Acceptance of the
Terms
By using the Services, you accept these Terms and any
policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use
the Services.
3 Access and
eligibility
Access is restricted. Sessions are identity-bound and may
require a valid account and a current session; content
sharing is not permitted.
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age
required in your jurisdiction, using the Services only with
appropriate consent if you are a minor.
4 Accounts and
authentication
The Services include account and profile functionality such
as a profile menu, avatar selection, and controls to change
username and password.
Account management uses an identity provider embedded in
the site. You can update your avatar and visible name from
the profile tools provided.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and
for all activity under your account. Do not share or
transfer your access.
5 Content and
intellectual property
All text, designs, images, audio, code, and world-building
elements presented through the Services are original works
owned or controlled by UTDID. Notices on the site make
clear that musical works published under "Ren Reese" and
"All Falls Down (AFD)" are original and prohibit
unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or
adaptation.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms or a posted
license, you receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to access and use the content on
the Services for your own noncommercial purposes.
6 Player, lyrics, and
media features
The Services include a global audio player and a lyrics
display widget. Playback progress, seeking, and a draggable
lyrics window are enabled on-site.
Do not republish lyrics, record streams, scrape, or mirror
media or UI elements outside the site. Image protection
mechanisms may disable right-click and dragging on images
to reduce copying.
7 Downloads and
distribution
Individual track download buttons and a REN OG Collection
bundle link may appear within the Services.
However, downloads are programmatically blocked until
January 16, 2026, and any attempt before that date may be
denied.
An eBook download link for Rise of the Origins may be
displayed, or it may be announced as "coming soon,"
depending on the section.
When enabled, permitted downloads are for personal,
noncommercial, non-transferable use only. Redistribution,
resale, re-uploading, public posting, or derivative
packaging are prohibited unless you receive prior written
permission.
8 Prohibited conduct
You may not, and agree not to enable others to:

Bypass access controls, DRM or technical protections.

Scrape, spider, index, mine, or harvest content or
metadata at scale.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to
extract source code from site scripts or players.

Interfere with, disable, or circumvent features that
protect images or media.
- Upload, transmit, or link to malicious code.

Misrepresent your identity or attempt unauthorized
access.
9 Third-party services
The Services integrate an identity provider for
authentication and profile updates. Site scripts reference
identity events and profile updates handled through that
provider.
We are not responsible for third-party terms or policies;
review them where applicable.
10 Community guidelines
and submissions
If you submit feedback, ideas, or content, you grant UTDID
a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and adapt your
submissions in connection with the Services. Do not submit
anything that infringes others' rights.
11 Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy,
which describes what we collect and how we use it. The
Services are "access-guarded," and certain features rely on
session status for content protection.
12 Changes and
availability
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time,
including delaying or disabling downloads or specific
media. Content may be offered as internal demonstration or
unlocked progressively over time.
13 Disclaimer of
warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available"
without warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including fitness for a particular purpose and
noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or
error-free operation.
14 Limitation of
liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UTDID will not be
liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill,
arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
15 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UTDID and
its contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages,
losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees)
arising from your use of the Services or violation of these
Terms.
16 Termination and
suspension
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including
for suspected abuse, security risks, or violations of these
Terms. You may cease use at any time; certain provisions
survive termination.
17 Governing law and
venue
These Terms are governed by applicable
intellectual-property and digital-content laws in the
administrator's jurisdiction. Courts in that venue will
have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, where permitted
by law.
18 Changes to these
Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update
the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate,
provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes
means you accept the revised Terms.

feature-specific notes

Music sections: track lists provide
original works; unauthorized use is prohibited.

Lyrics widget and UI: lyrics are for
on-site viewing; do not republish or export.

Downloads: collection bundles or
individual WAVs may be offered, but attempts prior to
the unlock date can be blocked.
